At Arshshree Ayurveda, we are committed to providing you with the best quality Ayurvedic products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return or request a refund for your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 or 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product is in a saleable condition.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@arshshreeayurveda.in with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once we receive your return request, we will guide you on the return process. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund process may take 7-10 days depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times.

Please note that:

  • Refunds are only available for products that are eligible for return as per the above conditions.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received a discount or promotional offer, the refund will be adjusted accordingly

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@arshshreeayurveda.in / +91-8586810072. We will assist you in returning the product and issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.

Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us process your request quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
