Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it within, 1-2 days. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and size of your order. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase
- Standard Shipping: The cost for standard shipping will be calculated based on the destination and product weight.
- Express Shipping: If you require faster delivery, we offer express shipping options for an additional fee, which will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery time for domestic orders is typically 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- International Shipping: International delivery may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination country.
Missing or Lost Packages
- Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please reach out to us at support@arshshreeayurveda.in, and we will assist you in tracking your package.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and provide a refund or replacement as appropriate. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to expedite the process.
